Custom Branded Elder Fraud Training
Elder Fraud is a huge problem, costing Americans over age 60 more than $7.7 billion in 2025, according to the FBI. Our "Recognizing and Responding to Elder Fraud" training includes 18 of the common scenarios used against seniors, plus a "final notes" video that ties it all together and helps seniors identify scam patterns so they can avoid any scam. We also include a video describing how to report elder fraud to the authorities, and why it is essential to file a report quickly.
We have added a Special Topics page with articles, documents, and guides from the FBI, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, and others. Links to legitimate recovery and support services are also provided. The training includes an optional 50-question knowledge assessment with a certificate for a passing score of 80% or higher.
If you are a senior organization, church, law enforcement organization, or other group looking for ways to educate your community about this growing problem, we can customize our training with your branding, for hosting on your website, computers, or kiosks. Items that can be customized include:

How do we work together?
Working with me is easy!
I have worked with customers in many different locations. We can meet via Zoom or your chosen video conferencing platform. Screen captures and recordings can be made remotely, or with your permission and coordination, I can remote into a training system to record system screens for training. I can also take your still images, add cursor paths, motion graphics, and animation, titles, and other components to give your video just the look you want. The entire project can be delivered to you electronically via Dropbox or a cloud service you provide.
